Summary: The Family Based Therapist (Mental Health Professional (MHP) and their co-therapist are responsible for providing mental health treatment/therapy and case management to the identified child/adolescent to prevent out of home placement. The MHP works with all family members, in either the home or community, to enhance relationships.
