Please make sure to apply with your Coupang e-mail address. 직무 소개 Intake팀은 카탈로그 운영으로 들어오는 다양한 요청을 가장 먼저 검토하고, 이를 명확하게 정의하여 실행으로 연결하는 팀입니다. 우선순위 기반으로 플래닝을 진행하고, 여러 운영팀 및 유관 부서와 협업하여 프로젝트가 기한 내 완료될 수 있도록 관리합니다. 다양한 이슈를 경험하며 문제 해결력과 협업 역량을 빠르게 성장시킬 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다. 업무 내용 카탈로그 운영 관련 인입/요청을 검토하고 요구사항을 명확히 정의 요청의 비즈니스 영향도 및 긴급도를 고려한 우선순위 설정 운영팀 및 유관 부서와 협업하여 실행 계획 수립 및 업무 할당 프로젝트 진행 상황을 추적하고 일정 내 완료될 수 있도록 관리 이슈 및 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 관계자와 함께 해결 반복적인 요청 및 운영 프로세스를 개선하여 효율성 향상 자격 요건 최소 2년 이상 운영(operation) 조직의 프로젝트 관리/핸들링 경험을 보유한 분 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분 (영어 면접 진행) 이커머스 및 카탈로그 운영 경험을 보유한 분 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업하고, 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유한 분…
