About BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning & Development  Provide administrative support to the NJY L&D team in the planning and execution of locally run training programs, including NJ hosted Core Skills and Entry Level Skills Training, CEPs, ECMs, Toastmasters and PL discussion series, among others: o Book local rooms, specify and organize IT requirements o Order food and confirm proper set-up on the day o Team with Office Services to get finalized decks printed and organized o Assist NJY L&D Lead in printing participant materials for Entry Level Skills Trainings (e.g., print materials for and collate binders) o Manage travel arrangements for participants, and collaborate with NJY L&D Lead on communication to participants  Support the calendaring, logistics, coordination and feedback f…
