The Senior Trademark Paralegal will manage and protect one of the company’s global trademark portfolio, ensuring compliance with international trademark laws and supporting strategic brand protection initiatives. This role involves handling complex trademark prosecution, enforcement, and maintenance tasks, while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel worldwide. The key responsibilites are:a0 Portfolio Management: Oversee global trademark portfolio, including filings, renewals, oppositions, and cancellations. Trademark Clearance: Conduct searches and provide risk assessments for new trademarks and product names.
