Operating as a mature individual contributor, this role translates senior-level direction into execution while driving measurable customer and financial outcomes across the entire product lifecycle — from content ideation and production through delivery, learner impact, and long-term value. You will combine deep customer insight, instructional design expertise, and AI-native thinking to build high-impact, scalable learning experiences that advance real estate professionals’ careers in an AI-driven market.
