This is a remote-first role that may require travel to Boston, MA for new hire onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will build and operate mission-critical healthcare technology that powers prior authorization for health plans covering 15+ million members. You'll work across the full stack — backend services, event-driven pipelines, and provider-facing web applications — to deliver systems that healthcare practitioners and clinical operations teams depend on daily.
