At Code and Theory, our Talent Acquisition team is a strategic, resourceful collective of recruiters dedicated to finding the right person for each role. We are not salespeople, but thoughtful matchmakers translating hiring manager needs into actionable job specs, and surfacing the ideal candidates. We partner with hiring managers and teams to understand their projects and business needs, and hire accordingly. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own sales and marketing roles to join our team. You'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
