Our client, a fast-growing AI education fintech enterprise B2B startup, is hiring a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's right hand during their most critical scaling phase. You'll be the glue that keeps a fast-moving team aligned and executing flawlessly as the company builds the future of lending. What You'll Do Manage CEO priorities and special projects , ensuring critical initiatives stay on track. Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives. Drive cross-functional alignment and communication , breaking down silos between teams. Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence — from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows.
