Medical Director, Practice Performance

The role This is not a traditional Medical Director role. You will be working with and visiting providers within Northern New Jersey. You’ll sit at the center of how Clover drives clinical quality, cost performance, and provider behavior change across our network—working directly with physicians to improve outcomes at scale. Your mandate is simple: turn data into action, and action into better care, better outcomes and more efficient care.
