About this role

The Customer Success Operations Specialist is responsible for Customer Onboarding and Customer Success Operations through account setup, pricing system management, reporting, system administration, and process support. The successful candidate will ensure customers are set up accurately and efficiently, creating a strong first experience that reflects our commitment to improving the lives around us and doing whatever it takes to help customers succeed. The specialist partners with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and other teams to complete customer setup, resolve process gaps, and support evolving operational needs.
