About Fortune 500 Financial Service Company Looking for a sharp Finance Professional, quick leaner, who is willing to learn IT Finance Function Support Manage iBuy requisition process including financial review, coordination/feedback from IT, support for users, training. Facilitate monthly review of iBuy reqs for approval with IT CFO. Act as SME for iBuy related matters. Consolidate and distribute monthly headcount reports. Liaison with other Financial Functions Coordinate with Vendors to ensure timely invoicing, coding Coordinate with Urbandale to ensure proper posting of Journal entries, allocations, true-ups Reporting and Analytics Coordinate quarterly Vendor Invoice Audits for Global IT vendors.
