About Our Client in Westchester County NY is experiencing growth and looking to add an Associate Finance Manager to the growing team. The Associate Finance Manager is the dedicated financial resource for his/her respective development projects and provides value-add analysis for relevant stakeholders including Senior Management, Project Direction/Program Management, Development teams, and external collaborators. He/she has command of all aspects of projects and can readily identify and update assumptions incorporated in forecasts/budgets to reflect the latest information on projects. He/she uses a repertoire of financial analyses to support decision making and to validate that programs budgets input by operation teams are based on "realistic" assumptions.…
