About this role

AI Engineer to build production-grade AI agents that coordinate real legal workflows for US consumer law firms. Own end-to-end agent development, evaluation systems, and production improvements in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment. Company Details HelloCounsel builds AI workers for consumer law firms in the US. We're voice-first, but the real work is coordination—moving a case forward through the pre-litigation phase. Our agents do real work on real cases, so they have to be reliable in production. We're a small team and everyone works like an owner.
