Areas will encompass, but are not limited to, laptop and desktop maintenance, support and administration; telephone support, maintenance and administration. Requires responsibility for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and controlling personnel, material and physical resources, to ensure end users are receiving the appropriate assistance.
