Job Description: Licensure Requirements (Pharmacist – MI, IL, OH Role) Strongly Preferred: Active Ohio pharmacist license at time of hire Additional licensure in Michigan and/or Illinois (or willingness to pursue cross-licensure post-hire) Must Have: Active Pharmacist license in at least ONE following U.S. state (MI, IL, OH) Eligibility and willingness to obtain Ohio licensure upon hire (company-supported and reimbursed) PGY1 pharmacy practice residency, and a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a clinical pharmacist in an ambulatory care setting.…
