Responsibilities: Coordinating the work of an IT project team, including resource planning and creating schedules. Participating in the development of business and system requirements and creating documentation. Communicating with the project team and clients about project status. Using project management tools to track progress and metrics. Collaborating on process improvement. Supporting and onboarding new analysts to the team. Analyzing and solving problems based on available data and experience. Ensuring the quality of your own work and that of the team.
