About The Rock Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic use of Rock RMS to support organizational goals. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and effective collaboration across ministries and departments while providing training and support to staff and volunteers. Key Responsibilities Rock RMS Administration Configure and maintain Rock RMS modules, including People, Groups, Check-In, Workflows, Dashboards, Plugins, Reports, and Registrations. Manage user permissions and system security protocols. Oversee Rock RMS updates, testing, backups, and overall system reliability. Serve as the primary administrator and liaison with leadership for Rock RMS initiatives.…
