About this role

About the role We are hiring a strategic Product Manager to own MyPay, Chime’s Earned Wage Access (EWA) product and one of the largest businesses in the company. As the PM for MyPay, you’ll operate with an owner’s mindset—running what is effectively an unofficial P&L—while shaping pricing, product strategy, and execution for a highly visible, revenue-driving product. This is a full-stack product role with significant executive exposure, regulatory complexity, and direct scrutiny from external stakeholders. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at 207,000 and up to 280,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
