About this role
The Clinical Program Manager - Intake and Registration provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the Intake and Registration Department across Behavioral Health and Wellness and Enhanced Care Management, and other clinical departments. This position oversees intake and registration processes, supervises the Intake and Registration Supervisor and teams, leads staff training and development, and develops protocols, procedures, workflows, and manuals to support timely, compliant, and effective access to services.
