CGS is seeking a skilled HUMINT Targeting Specialist – Subject Matter Expert to support USSOCOM Staff in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions. This role involves all aspects of the HUMINT lifecycle, including collection planning and execution, lead generation, exploitation, analysis, coordination, reporting, and adaptive planning to address capability or training gaps. In this role you will apply advanced HUMINT targeting tradecraft to develop courses of action for emergent HUMINT problems, integrate HUMINT into broader targeting and collection plans, and mentor teams to improve long-term HUMINT effectiveness.…
