About this role
What You’ll Do:
The Construction Manager works closely with the Construction Manager 2 and trades on-site to ensure adherence to the construction schedule and overall new Homebuyer satisfaction with their new home.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Construction Manager 2 with managing the job site in all activities related to the new home construction.
Assist with directing all field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with development, architectural, and engineering plans and specifications and check for safety violations.
