Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote for candidates outside of the Minneapolis area and will be hybrid for candidates located in the Minneapolis area.
Industry Preference: Experience in the life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting, the Accounting Manager will manage Celcuity’s close process to ensure the accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance of Celcuity’s financial statements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with driving the close process, equity administration, operational initiatives and supporting SOX 404(b) readiness.
