About this role

Senior / Staff Software Engineer (Infrastructure) Location: New York, NY (On-site, 5 days/week) Compensation: $190,000 – $220,000 base + competitive equity (14% first-year upside + bonus potential) Hiring: 1 ASAP The Role Own self-hosted deployments for sensitive federal/defense customers. Start hands-on with diverse environments (cloud to air-gapped on-prem), customer guidance, and debugging; evolve to automation and broader infrastructure platform ownership. Requirements What You’ll Do Adapt, own, and maintain infrastructure for large customers across heterogeneous setups. Harden security configurations and support compliant architectures (FedRAMP Moderate equivalent, CMMC, NIST SP 800-53, IL-5/6). Contribute to the product codebase for deployability, observability, and reliability.…
