We’re looking for an AI-first Business System Engineer - AI to help accelerate how CTC teams adopt, design, and scale intelligent ways of working. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, process design, AI agent development, and Atlassian platform enablement. In this hands-on role, you will design and build AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Atlassian Rovo Studio, Jira, Confluence, Jira automation, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
