Recruiter

Looking for a Recruiter who will assist us with hiring recent college grads and/or interns for internal training/boot camps in Business Intelligence technologies. Work with the internal recruitment team in understanding the requirement process and hiring process. Candidates sourcing through job boards, networking and referral program. Collaborate with campus recruiters to ensure an adequate slate of qualified candidates. Interview candidates and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to classification and selection of candidates.
