Job Description JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment at our manufacturing plant in Culpeper, Virginia. This role ensures assigned departments remain in safe, efficient working order to prevent operational disruptions and maintain OSHA compliance. The technician will execute preventative maintenance plans, complete timely corrective repairs, and support overall site maintenance needs. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently works in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systems.
