Overview: Job Title: Help Desk Tier I Support Security Clearance: Secret Location: Larissa, Greece (Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.) Description: C3EL is seeking a Help Desk Tier I Support to join our team in Greece. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues by providing timely troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computers, networks, and related systems. You’ll deliver clear, customer-focused assistance while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
