You’ll drive Problem framing & strategy: Turn ambiguous customer pain points into crisp problem statements, hypotheses, and success criteria. End-to-end product design: Map flows, prototype, and craft production-ready UI in Figma; partner tightly with Engineering to ship high-quality, reliable experiences. Evidence-based decisions: Plan and run scrappy research (merchant interviews, usability tests), analyze product data, and translate insights into clear product recommendations. Systems & quality: Evolve our design system, raise bar for craft, accessibility, and performance across dashboard, tracking, and integration surfaces.
