About this role
We’re building bunq in the US, and we need a CFOO who can help take us from regulatory readiness to launch, then scale what comes next. This is not a keep-the-lights-on finance role. You’ll build the financial and operational backbone of a US de novo bank from the ground up, working across finance, product, operations, risk, regulatory reporting, controls, capital, liquidity, and Board-level decision-making. Your job is to make sure bunq US is safe, sound, scalable, and ready to grow from day one. Your banking experience matters. We need someone who knows what it takes to prepare a US bank for launch, work with regulators, and build systems that can stand up to OCC and FDIC expectations.…
