Position Title: Head Men's & Women's Swim Coach Position Type: Full time Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Categories: Staff Exempt Job Summary: Job Duties: Bucknell University is currently looking for our next Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach. The Head Coach is responsible for leading, managing, and developing all aspects of a competitive collegiate, NCAA DI program. This includes overseeing athlete recruitment, coaching and training student-athletes, managing team logistics, ensuring compliance with institutional, NCAA, & conference regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. This position oversees fiscal responsibilities pertaining to preparing, monitoring, and verifying expenditures associated with team travel, supplies/equipment, and scholarships.…
