Job Description: Brown University Athletics and Recreation is seeking candidates for the Athletics Communications Officer position. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, and a member of the Ivy League, our intercollegiate athletics program consists of 38 varsity teams with approximately 1,000 athletes who participate within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-DI). The Communications Officer is a member of the division’s external staff and will tell the Brown University Athletics story by managing an integrated athletics and communications program that includes game-day coverage, sports information and statistics, web coordination, social media management, and photography (incl. freelance) for a variety of Brown’s 38 varsity teams, and related Athletics events.…
