About this role
The Fleet Operations Robot Captain is the mission lead for robot health, uptime, and utilization. This role acts as the primary technical bridge between Research Scientists, Software Developers, Operations and Hardware SMEs to ensure the humanoid fleet remains "mission-ready." The Captain is responsible for leveraging real-time monitoring tools to oversee fleet status, performing high-level technical triage to localize system failures, and manage the experimental pipeline to maximize hardware throughput.
