Das Team In unserer Abteilung Technology entsteht das komplette Know-How unserer Küchengeräte. Teams von Spezialisten für Konstruktion, Metall und Kunststoff, Elektronik und Software entwickeln und modifizieren unsere Produkte. Sie tüfteln täglich, wie sie Kundenwünsche und Verbesserungsvorschläge unserer Mitarbeiter einfließen lassen können. Das technische Projektmanagement übernimmt dabei die zentrale Koordination und Steuerung der Entwicklungsprojekte – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. In unserem eigenen Versuchslabor werden Konzepte und Innovationen unter realen Bedingungen getestet und weiterentwickelt – hier wird die Physik täglich neu herausgefordert.
