As a Motor Grader, Excavator, or Dozer Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the construction of solar and wind infrastructure on utility-scale sites. Work outdoors operating heavy equipment, handling materials, assisting with layout, grading, foundation work, and precise equipment placement! YOUR ROLE IN ACTION MOTOR GRADER Operates equipment generally on uneven surfaces to maintain haul roads and assist in building new roads. Drives blade and moves levers to regulate height and angle of the blade, lower scarifier that loosens packed soil to permit grading, and tilt front wheels of grader when making sharp turns.…
