About this role
A financial services company in the centre of Bristol is currently seeking a Secretary to work within one of their large teams. This role will sit alongside a Financial Manager, a lead Secretary and one other Secretary. The position is offered on a Full Time, Permanent basis. It is essential that all applicants have strong audio typing skills and are happy to type for around 70/80% of their day. Along with typing there will also be duties such as: Diary Management Document Management Answering the department telephone Responding to emails Arranging and attending meetings General Admin Plus assistance to other secretarial staff when needed Applicants with similar experience are encouraged to apply. You will need to have good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge.…
