Overview Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for a Senior Software Developer to support our work for the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) at the National Library of Medicine (NLM), an institute of the National Institutes of Health. This is a full-time position located at the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD and/or remote. We are looking dor a Software Developer with a focus on Java and Python to become a member of the software development team supporting the Human Variation product line. The Human Variation product includes systems like the Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Database (dbSNP), database of large scale genomic variants (dbVAR), the Allele Frequency Aggregator (ALFA), and the dbGaP on FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) project.…
