Business Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update data in NetSuite ERP to ensure accuracy and consistency Perform routine data checks and support data governance efforts for reliable reporting. Assist in implementing workflow improvements and basic process automation. Support system enhancements, testing, and coordination with integrated platforms. Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales and business operations. Any other work assigned by the Company. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
