Bicara Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide strategic and comprehensive support to our Chief Commercial Officer and Chief People Officer. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced growth environment and be adept at managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. They will build relationships with key stakeholders, exercise unparalleled judgment and excel at cross-functional collaboration in addition to working independently.
