About this role

The Trainer will work with the Operations team to provide on- the- job training to new hires and tenured employees in various operational areas of the warehouse. The trainer is responsible for identifying the training needs of each warehouse associate that they are assigned and ensure that appropriate programs and training methods are created and implemented to meet these needs. Provides training for individual or group settings to new hire as well as tenured employees (i.e. loaders, unloaders, lanes, etc.). Inspire employees to not only meet but exceed required production goals. Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures.…
