About Als Junior Manager Audit is de basis van jouw vak dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor meerdere klanten en controleteams. Zeker met jouw oplossingsgerichtheid slaag je hierin voor al jouw klanten, ongeacht de complexiteit van de case. Je maakt het verschil bij het leiden van een aantal controleteams. Ook stel je controleprogramma’s en het controleplan samen. Je stelt zelfstandig het topmemo, de gehele rapportage en concept-management letter op. Ook onderhoud je contact met klanten, zowel op directieniveau als direct daaronder, en behandel je in teamverband bijzondere opdrachten. Daarnaast zijn het geven van interne vaktechnische cursussen en lezingen ook aan jou besteed. Bij BDO krijg je de ruimte om het verschil te maken.…
