About this role
THE OPPORTUNITY Maintains, inspects, operates, and repairs all buildings’ plumbing, heating, domestic water, sanitary systems Works alone or as a team member to maintain the aesthetic appeal and health of the Babson College landscapes and ensures college grounds are safe for the campus community. Coordinates daily workload in accordance with institutional priorities set forth by the Supervisor, Grounds Operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO Execute daily preventative maintenance operations on all assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Complete assigned daily zone maintenance in accordance with all daily and seasonal tasks outlined in the Grounds Zone Maintenance Plan.…
