About this role

Purpose of Position As a Data Engineering Manager in a Data Engineering domain, you lead a team of 6–12 data engineers and help them succeed while building and improving our Affiliate Marketing data platform. Your role is to create a collaborative environment where engineers take ownership, learn continuously, and deliver reliable data solutions that support the business. You guide the team technically, remove blockers, and encourage strong engineering practices. Beyond day-to-day delivery, you also support hiring, career growth, and the overall development of the team.
