About the role The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role leads a variety of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployment. Operating as an individual contributor managing matrixed teams, the purpose of this role is to drive the successful execution of these initiatives in alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.
