A Day in the Life of the Field Deployment Technician I: The Field Deployment Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment including microwave and millimeter-wave radios, routers, switches, fiber and copper cabling, and Wi‑Fi systems, both indoors and outdoors. The position requires working at heights, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, performing site surveys, documenting as-builts, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
