Overview: As a member of the ISS STOXX Legal Team, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal services and advice to ISS STOXX and its subsidiaries (in particular the group’s benchmark provider STOXX Ltd.), with a focus on providing legal support to the global sales team in connection with the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements including professional services and licensing agreements.
