About this role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will report to Senior Surveyors, Regional Directors and the Board of Directors. Experience in all aspects of quantity surveying/estimating from pre-contract through to post contract services is required. You will assist with the preparation of final accounts and claims in line with our client’s requirements, support the Directors and represent the company in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Carry out estimating services including BQ production Carry out quantity surveying services Provide the lead on commercial and financial advice. Provide procurement and contract advice and prepare the same as required Maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management on projects worked on.…
