About this role

This traditional main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects. A well-established construction company that has a turnover in excess of £50M; its core business is the delivery of construction projects ranging in size from £750K - £12M including both refurbishment and new build. They carryout projects in all sectors of the market, the largest proportion being in education and local authority; it also has a strong continuing presence in commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings.
