About this role

About This TNA assignment will serve as a bridge to the CNA Training Program and assist with resident care by providing unit support with the non-direct care activities listed below. This assignment will allow the potential CNA trainee to get a glimpse of the CNA experience from a non-direct care perspective; through observation and direct participation. Make resident beds Transport residents to activities and meals Answer call bells Answer unit phone Check and stock supplies Collect plates and cups after dining Put away laundry/Labeling clothes for laundry Check resident rooms for amenities Alert nursing staff of resident needs as necessary Perform Enhanced Observation of a resident/patient as assigned, to ensure safety, comfort and companionship.…
