It tracks pipeline progress, collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to align on client engagement, and ensures timely, proactive communication. The position contributes to sustainable program expansion by maintaining a positive client experience and surfacing potential gaps early. This leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of AL and develop the character and competence necessary to contribute to growth excellence for their scope.
