About this role

About Anton Paar is a global leader in high-precision laboratory instruments and analytical solutions. We are now looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our technical sales organization in the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark and Finland). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 9 technical sales professionals, driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring strong customer engagement and business growth. You will also be an active member of the Nordic Management Team, contributing to the strategic direction and continued development of the business across the region. The position is based at our Anton Paar Nordic, Malmö office, with hybrid working possibilities and occasional travel within the Nordic region.…
